To inspire, articulate and set a standard of what women in business can be. All my life I've been searching for something more. A hamster constantly running on her wheel chasing every dream that popped into my head and was worth pursuing. As each traumatic event unfolded in my life I dove further into work. A coping mechanism that resulted in three businesses, one podcast, multiple properties, a beautiful family and a new purpose. Life is meant to be lived. Work is meant to be fulfilling. And you can do WHATEVER you put your mind to.

Lisa Troyano-Ascolese describes herself as a serial entrepreneur. She is the sole Owner, License Partner and Broker of record for Engel and Volkers Hoboken and Jersey City real estate brokerages as well as the myHOMEboken real estate team leader. She recently released the first to market mobile staging app REStaged with the hopes of helping with the planet's rising furniture waste issue. A podcast host, public speaker and decorated award winning entrepreneur, Lisa thrives in purpose searching and business creation. With a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Siena College and partial MBA studies, Lisa has risen in multiple organizations before leaving corporate America and following her dreams of working for herself. She began her career in real estate over 10 years ago utilizing her strong background in online advertising sales and marketing for several Fortune 500 companies to sell some of NJ's most prestigious properties. Her clientele has included professional athletes, prominent members of the entertainment industry, among other high net worth individuals. Known for her unbridled enthusiasm, unique marketing techniques, and knowledge of the real estate market as a whole, Lisa continues to win awards for both real estate and entrepreneurship.
On A Personal NOte...
Her philanthropic endeavors, namely surrounding Cystic Fibrosis, yielded her a seat on Manhattan’s CF Care board. Lisa also donates her time among other small local charities. After being a top agent for many years she purchased the brokerage and has since grown the company to new heights, expanding into Jersey City during the pandemic and recording one of the company’s most profitable years to date. When not conquering the world she likes to see it! Lisa and her husband have proudly traveled to 33 countries and counting but are most happy at home in HOMEboken with their daughter and dog. She believes most of the world's problems can be solved by breaking bread with each other and believes her final bow will be taken in front of her stove. You'll hear her saying "Everything you want is on the other side of fear" as she's enthusiastically cheering on every underdog she meets and will stop at nothing until every female who wants to own her own business, does. Her optimism is contagious. Her heart, big. Her mind sharp and her success speaks for itself.
